Paid subscriptions and credit packs are billed according to pricing shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, recurring plans auto-renew until canceled, and usage limits reset each billing cycle. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
We strive to keep the service secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features, limits, or functionality to improve the service or comply with legal and security obligations.

We retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your uploaded content, subject to rights needed for us to provide the service. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by Swiss law (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Exclusive jurisdiction is the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.
